Clevedon Country Market and Coast Cruise

Pack a picnic lunch (or food to cook on the club BBQ), flask of coffee, camp chairs, and a full tank of fuel, to enjoy a relaxing day in the country.
Meet at 9:30 am at the BP Station on the Great South Road, just off the Takanini Motorway exit from the Southern Motorway ( park next to Beaurepaires workshop ) .
We will leave from there at 9:50 am for the first stop at Clevedon Country Markets, Monument Road, Clevedon. Parking is in the Showgrounds just past the Market. Spend an hour browsing these popular market stalls.
At 11:00 am, leave Clevedon heading through Kawakawa Bay, then past Orere Point, to Tapapakanga Regional Park. This is a 40 minute drive through spectacular coastal and bush countryside. The reserve is off Deerys Road ( short gravel section ). Follow the park signs to the Beachside Campground car park. Tapapakanga Regional Park
